Allied Estimation LLC – Terms of Use

Services Agreement

Typically, an estimate is completed within 1–2 business days, while the timeline for design services depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Work begins once you approve the provided quote and complete the payment. In some cases, the delivery time may extend by a few hours or additional days depending on the size and technical requirements of the project, as we ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Payment Policy

We accept online payments through Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, Revolut, Credit Card and Debit Card for your convenience. Once we receive your plans and review the project details, we will send you an invoice along with the estimated delivery date. Payments can be made using your mobile or desktop, or you may contact us at (350) 253-0332 or info@alliedestimation.com for assistance.

Bidding Policy

Allied Estimation LLC is not responsible if a contractor fails to submit a bid on time. Once the estimate has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if requested within 2 hours of payment. After this period, our team begins working on the project, and refunds will no longer be available.

Confidentiality Policy

Clients who wish to keep their provided information confidential must notify us in advance. Upon request, we can prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for mutual agreement. If no such request is made, Allied Estimation LLC reserves the right to use the provided information for marketing purposes, including testimonials. This may include the client’s name, company details, project information, estimated costs, and drawing plans.

  • By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Allied Estimation LLC. These messages may include construction estimates, scheduling updates, service notifications, and marketing promotions.
  • Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies, but typically does not exceed three (3) messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Our messaging practices comply with applicable regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Pricing Policy

We do not provide additional insurance, financial guarantees, or warranties, as our estimates are intended solely as guidelines for project pricing and should not be considered the final cost. Our estimates are prepared using RSMeans data for zip code–specific material and labor costs; however, actual prices may vary depending on the contractor, location, vendors, and market conditions. We are always available to assist with revisions, clarifications, or any questions to help you finalize your pricing.
